Dr. Jude Currivan is a gift to humanity and nowhere is that more evident than in The Cosmic Hologram. Stated simply, we are manifestations AND co-authors of our reality individually and collectively; we are one with the Universe. This is all explained in the text.The book goes on to explain how matter is reality, why mind is matter, and that time is described as the information flow of entropy. Energy, space, time, and gravity are not fundamental, but are emergent creations. Information and consciousness are fundamental. The author is very comfortable within her subject, but the presentation of some ideas is somewhat tongue-tied. Just when you think a sentence is converging on a clear meaning, there's a lengthy parenthetical which jerks the mind off in a new, and perhaps unrelated, direction. Causes misreadings and re-readings.Still and all, The Cosmic Hologram is a good history of classical and quantum physics, a 'recasting' of thermodynamics as information dynamics suitable for quantum waveform analysis. Did not land clearly on the point of consciousness being the fundamental fabric of the universe as Planck had suggested, but it comes close. It's a valuable book which I shall read again.
