An interesting idea, very clearly explained. Easy to follow, the author covers everything you need to know, exactly how to do it. Very cheap to give it a try too, as you can do it using free photos if you want. So you really have nothing to lose as it is low or no cost to start up.
I'm sorry to say that these numbers just don't add up - I'm sorry because this is a very interesting idea. Here's what I mean:* The author says he sells an 8X10 photo for $5.95. eBay fees are about $.89 and that he has a source that will print and SHIP the photo for for $2.38.* When checking his source, a print costs $2.14 - but the shipping is $2.67 each! That's a total of $4.81/picture.* And, that's their standard shipping which means the buyer would get her print in 6-9 business days. That's an awfully long time and I imagine that a lot of customers would object to that time period. To ship it within two days costs a whopping $14.99 per print. Obviously, that's not economically possible. Of course any smart seller will write his auction listing so that it emphasizes this long delivery time but I imagine that will reduce sales - possibly drastically.Conclusion: at a sale price of $5.95, subtract $.89 in fees, $4.81 in costs and you get a whopping $.25 or one measly quarter in profit for each picture sold.If the author can explain how these numbers are wrong I will be glad to change this review.
This a truly interesting book. The author points us in the right direction, without actually telling us all his secrets, but he does tell us which software to use, he does tell us how he manages to get listed at the top of search results, he does tell us which photographs sell very well and which photographs never sell... (THE only photographs that never sell, says the author, is photographs that don't get listed. ) He tells us where to get your photos printed and shipped to your customers... this alone is worth many times the cost of the book...I don't know why the author wrote a book in which he helps us to compete with him by telling us many of his business secrets, but whatever was his reason, he does it, and he doesn't ask us for anything in return... not even to sell us something else, or to offer lessons or coaching, etc.What is left is for me to say "thank you" which is why I wrote this 5 star review.
This book gave me some great ideas that I never thought of. I did find the prices he quoted for his outsourcers to be outdated, and he did not mention that they charged shipping fees seperately and on top of their printing fees. The info was probably correct when he wrote the book, but has since changed.I would have liked to have had a little more detailed information, such as what resolution he uses, etc. when uploading photos. He also could have used a good proofreader to catch typos, but I was interested in learning his ebay strategy, so his spelling and typo mistakes were not too important to me.Overall it was a pretty good book and this seems to be a realistic niche that has not become overly saturated like other niches have. Frankly, I am surprised he gave up so much good info and am anxious to try some of the ideas myself.

If you are expecting actual examples, this is not the guide for you. It gives a very basic overview on what to do without showing you anything related to how to do it. Don't get me wrong, it is good if al you want is an overall view of the idea to then do further research on. Just don't expect this guide to answer in detail questions, and do expect it to raise questions it won't answer.Also, this guide could benefit from editing. Lots of grammatical errors that take away from readability. Makes it look like less of a professional guide and more of quickly thrown together guide.
